
Yoga Foundations: A Beginner's Workshop is for the person who has wanted to start a yoga practice but has been waiting for the right space and the right moment to begin.
This 60 to 75 minute workshop offers a grounded introduction to the foundations of yoga through foundational postures, breathwork, alignment, and the principles that support a practice you can sustain and return to. Together we will explore how yoga can meet you exactly where you are, while building a foundation you can come back to again and again.
The pace is slow and intentional, giving you space to experience each movement and understand the purpose behind it. You are welcome here exactly as you are, at your own pace, with two instructors who meet you there.
Questions are encouraged. Every body in the room is offered options and alternatives that honor where they are that day. You are invited to move in a way that feels right, with instructors who genuinely want you to feel good in your body before anything else.
Whether you are completely new to yoga or returning after time away, this workshop is designed to help you feel comfortable and confident stepping into any future class.
You will leave with practical tools, a steadier breath, and the confidence to continue with your practice.
