About Me
I’m Ashley.
I support people in returning to strength through a relationship with their bodies that feels steady, respectful, and real.
My work is guided by a simple truth: safety creates capacity. When the nervous system feels supported, strength can grow in ways that last. It becomes something you inhabit, not something you have to force.
I blend trauma-aware coaching with science-backed strength, mobility, and breathwork to help people rebuild trust through lived experience. We move at a pace that allows listening and with enough clarity to keep moving forward. Care and challenge exist together here.
Rather than chasing intensity or perfection, I center choice, nuance, and responsiveness. I meet the body where it is, while offering clear guidance toward what’s possible next.

This is not hands-off, and it’s not intrusive. I won’t be video calling you mid-workout. Instead, I stay connected throughout the process, helping you move forward with consistency, clarity, and care.
Your training plan lives in a simple app where you’ll receive workouts, track progress, and check in with me through text, voice, or video messages. We touch base regularly so your plan stays aligned with your energy, capacity, and real life.

I'm a beginner. Can I still join your classes?
Absolutely! My classes and private sessions are designed to be inclusive and adaptable for all levels. Whether you're new or experienced, I'll provide modifications and guidance to help you feel comfortable and confident.
How do I book a session?
You can book a session directly through my website Freely In Flux LLC - Offerings or schedule a consultation call to discuss your needs before booking.
Do you offer private sessions?
Yes! I offer one-on-one and small group private sessions for yoga, fitness, or meditation. Private sessions can be tailored to your goals and scheduled at a time that works for you. If you’re interested, book a consultation call Freely In Flux LLC - Offerings to set up your session.
Can I book you for an event or corporate wellness session?
Yes! I offer customized wellness sessions for events, corporate offices, and special occasions. Whether it's a team-building workshop, retreat, or private gathering, I can create a tailored experience. Contact me to discuss your needs.
What should I bring to an outdoor yoga class?
Please bring:
✔️ A yoga mat (or towel if on grass)
✔️ Water bottle
✔️ Sunscreen (if needed)
✔️ Layers in case of weather changes
I'll provide blocks and straps as needed, but feel free to bring your own props if preferred.
How does the process work for custom yoga sequences or meditations?
Once you purchase a custom yoga sequence (PDF) or guided meditation (MP4), you’ll receive a questionnaire to help me tailor the content to your needs.
✔️ Turnaround time: 1 week after receiving your completed questionnaire.
✔️ Yoga sequences include detailed instructions and modifications.
✔️ Meditation recordings are delivered in high-quality MP4 format.
Note: Yoga sequences include one free revision if needed. Meditations are final upon delivery.
What are your rates?

What payment methods do you accept?
I accept payments through stripe. Payment is required to secure your session.
What is your cancellation policy?
✔️ Private Sessions: 24-hour notice required for rescheduling or cancellations. No-shows or late cancellations will be charged in full.
✔️ Group Classes: No refunds, but you may transfer your spot to someone else or an alternate day.
✔️ Outdoor Classes: If canceled due to weather, you’ll receive a credit for a future class.
Do I need to sign a waiver?
Yes, all participants must sign a liability waiver before their first class or session. This will be provided during booking.
