
Flow + Fuel is a unique movement and community experience that blends the fluidity of yoga with the core precision of Pilates. Each session weaves together controlled, breath led movement and intentional sequencing to build strength, stability, and coordination while supporting mobility and alignment.
What makes Flow + Fuel distinctive is the fuel. After class, participants have the opportunity to refuel and connect in a way that reflects the host venue. Depending on the location, this may include a protein smoothie, coffee or tea, or a small bite from a local café, bar, or wellness space. Each experience highlights the personality of the space while offering a chance to nourish and connect.
Throughout class, options and variations are offered so participants can move in a way that honors their bodies while still feeling engaged and supported. The practice encourages curiosity, adaptability, and self trust as you explore strength, balance, and connection within your body.
Flow + Fuel is designed for anyone who enjoys intentional movement, wants to build strength and stability, or is drawn to a yoga and Pilates inspired practice that emphasizes breath and control. All levels are welcome.
Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mat and any preferred props. A limited number of mats and props may be available to borrow.
